4MillionVoices is a non-profit organization focused on “documenting the lives of African Americans” by telling their stories. There were over 4 million slaves in America whose voices were silenced.
And as a people, African-Americans still do not tell the stories of their own lives, their family history, and their observations and philosophies. American History has gaps and is incomplete and inaccurate because it is missing the African American portion.
Each of us can make an important contribution. Everyone has a story, and every story is worth telling. Look for the upcoming website; and opportunities to join the growing momentum to research and document your family, journal your own life experiences, record observations.

Our Goal
The primary goal of 4 million voices Inc. is to impact recorded American History by increasing the collecting African-American History through researching, documenting and publishing accounts of individual lives of African-Americans. 
4 Million Voices represents the silenced voices of the four-million plus slaves in American from Africa and their generations. We hope to encourage African-Americans of all ages to document their life journey.
